Production Process
 

 

The production process of iron nails begins with the selection and preparation of raw materials. Steel wire or iron bars are typically used to create the nail's shaft, while the head is formed separately from a piece of steel or iron rod. The shaft is then cut to the desired length, and the head is shaped and attached to one end of the shaft.

Once the basic nail is formed, it is heat-treated to increase its strength and durability. This involves heating the nail to a high temperature and then rapidly cooling it. The nail is then cleaned and polished before being packaged and shipped to retailers or wholesalers.
